Online learning or e-Learning is an individual learning option without live instruction or live interaction with an Instructor other Learners. The courses normally consists of self-study guides or online modules. This learning option affords rich content that gives the Learner the opportunity to complete the courses at their own pace and in their own time while making use of the exercises and case-studies included in the material.
