AI ENGINEERING

The AI Engineering Bootcamp is an intensive 12-month full-time training programme designed to develop the next generation of AI engineers through a structured and progressive learning journey. Delivered through a blended learning model, the programme combines instructor-led training, hands-on laboratories, real-world projects, simulations, mentorship, and applied learning experiences to build both technical expertise and workplace readiness.

The programme is designed to equip learners with foundational digital literacy, core artificial intelligence engineering competencies, cloud and data skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and practical development experience. Through four progressive learning phases, learners gain the knowledge and experience required to design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered solutions in modern enterprise environments.

Participants develop practical skills in cloud computing, machine learning, AI application development, AI agents, copilot technologies, data fundamentals, ethical AI practices, governance frameworks, and enterprise solution delivery. The programme emphasises experiential learning through technical workshops, engineering challenges, team collaboration, capstone projects, and continuous coaching throughout the learning journey.

The AI Engineering Bootcamp is targeted at recent matric graduates, youth with limited or no prior technical background, and aspiring technology professionals seeking a future-focused digital specialisation. Upon successful completion, graduates are prepared for entry-level roles such as Junior AI Engineer, AI Developer, and AI Systems Technician.

Learners follow a globally recognised certification pathway including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900), and the AI Project Governance Framework Foundation certification.

The programme supports youth employability, digital transformation initiatives, and workforce development by producing highly skilled AI professionals equipped to contribute meaningfully to the growing digital economy.
