The Cybersecurity Engineering Bootcamp is an intensive 12-month full-time training programme designed to develop job-ready cybersecurity professionals through a structured, hands-on learning pathway. The programme combines foundational IT training, core cybersecurity competencies, cloud security, and advanced cyber defence capabilities aligned to global industry standards and certifications.


Delivered through a blended learning model, the bootcamp integrates instructor-led technical training, virtual and physical cybersecurity labs, simulation-based learning, real-world projects, team-based challenges, continuous assessment, and mentorship. Learners progress through four structured phases that build progressively from foundational digital literacy to advanced cybersecurity engineering and AI-driven security operations.

The programme is designed to address the growing shortage of skilled cybersecurity professionals by building a strong pipeline of entry-level cyber engineers and analysts. It equips youth with practical, industry-aligned cyber defence skills, improves employability in a high-growth digital sector, and strengthens organisational and national cyber resilience.


Learners develop competencies in networking, operating systems, cloud administration, security operations, compliance, cyber law, ethical hacking principles, incident response, and AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. The programme also includes workplace readiness training covering CV development, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, and career planning.


The Cybersecurity Engineering Bootcamp is targeted at recent matric graduates, entry-level IT learners, and individuals passionate about technology and security with little or no prior technical background. Upon completion, graduates are prepared for roles such as Junior Cybersecurity Analyst, SOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Technician, Incident Response Technician, and Cloud Security Administrator.


The certification pathway includes globally recognised certifications such as Microsoft AZ-900, SC-900, AZ-104, AZ-500, CompTIA CySA+, and SecAI+.
