Students must have attended the Foundation course and successfully completed the Foundation level which is a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification. Students will be required to complete pre-course reading prior to their attendance to ensure that they are prepared for the course. It is therefore encouraged that students read, and familiarize themselves with, the PRINCE2 6th EDITION official course manual prior to the start of the course.
The course is aimed at Project Managers and aspiring Project Managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including Project Board Members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Business Change Analysts), Project Support (e.g. Project and Programme Office personnel) and operational line managers/staff. Demonstrate their ability to tune PRINCE2 6th EDITION to different project circumstances.
